Everyone Graduates Center
The mission of the Everyone Graduates Center (EGC) is to develop and disseminate the know-how required to enable all students to graduate from high school prepared for college, career, and civic life. Through a systematic and comprehensive approach, EGC combines analysis of the causes, location, and consequences of the nation’s dropout crisis with the development of tools and models designed to keep all students on the path to high school graduation, and capacity building efforts to enable states, communities, school districts, and schools to provide all their students with the supports they need to succeed. Among the resources available from EGC are Analytics, Tools and Models, and Capacity Building support: Analytics. The analytic work of EGC is aimed at providing the necessary information for policymakers, advocacy organizations, practitioners, and community members to engage in more informed data-based decision making and action. Tools and Models. Everyone Graduates is engaged in ongoing work to develop and evaluate tools and models that prevent students from falling off the graduation track and that enable schools and communities to intervene effectively. Capacity Building. The EGC works to build local capacity to analyze the source of a community's or state's dropout crisis, develop effective solutions, and successfully implement and sustain them through direct consultation. In addition, the EGC works with communities on the development of guidebooks and toolkits, and partners with other social change organizations in organized mobilization and outreach efforts.
